It’s pleasant to could show historically who they was, and closer what our grandparents did, all this made our character and our identity, and it needs us to make as a fuel to face the challenge that the future could cause, always having in mind to the people, who makes sense to the actuation of the administrations, nothing could not have value without our citizens, and therefore this website also pretends to be a living tool which makes easier and attainable the access from the citizens to the administrative process.
